How do I test you?

Send us an art file to test our capability. We will complete the artwork and send it to you within 24 hours the same way it was received. Check out our quality, turnaround time, quick invoicing, payment ease, and customer service. Test the entire process to gain confidence.

How much does the artwork cost?

To receive our current pricing sheet, email a request to sales@inscribegraphics.com with your name, company name, phone number and email address. If you propose to send more than 10 art jobs daily, you can take advantage of our attractive pricing plans. Call or email us for more details.

What are your standard turnaround times?

Our rush turnaround time is 2-4 hours. Standard turnaround time is up to 24 hours. Rest assured, we are equipped to deliver rush jobs. Just type ‘Rush’ in the subject line and we will return the artwork based on your exact requirement.

How will I get my artwork back?

You can choose to receive your finished files via email or FTP.

Would I get the same set of artists or graphics designers to work on my artwork orders?

Yes, the same set of artists would be retained for your work.

How much does it cost to have an estimate? And how long does it take?

We do not charge for estimates. It is completely free and usually takes less than one hour from the time of your request.

How do I get my finished embroidery design?

We will send the finished embroidery designs to you by email. Larger sized images are best transferred via FTP server. You have the option of downloading your file from our FTP server.

What is your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours. For rush jobs, please inform us at the time of placing the work order.

Could you please send us a few samples so we can evaluate your workmanship?

Yes, we can email samples of our digitized files.

Do you charge for editing?

Most of our editing is free. Charges only apply if we are tasked to digitize something new onto an existing logo including replacing an existing component with a new one.

Do you provide sewouts?

Sewouts are usually taken for internal quality checks. If there is a specific request from a customer for a sewout, the scanned image of one would be provided based on the requirement.

Could you recreate or clean up the art before digitizing?

We can recreate, separate or clean up any graphic file and get it ready for digitizing. Most supplied artwork can be fixed and/or separated for a fee that will be calculated on the basis of complexity and time spent to achieve the desired results.
